We will assist Memorial Hermann as part of their STEP Healthy Food Distribution at the Wesley House Community Center . We will distribute food to about 250 families in the community. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, there has been an increase number in families with need. We appreciate your help! **Most of the volunteers will be indoors and there will be a couple who will be runners taking food to the vehicles as they pull up near the building. Gloves will be provided, a washing station, and hand sanitizer to all volunteers. ***An orientation of task will be given on the day off, along with directions on how to practice social distancing and safety protocols. When you drive up, please park on the side of the street past the food pantry because the entrance of the pantry is where the vehicles will enter for the food pickup. **Volunteers will be assigned into three groups which include: 3 Volunteers - Registrations 5 Volunteers - Traffic Control ( 2 on Gano St, 2 on Cochran St, and 1 leading efforts to make sure that 3 vehicles are inside at all times) 7 Volunteers - Food Distribution **Please bring a mask to wear** Volunteers will check in inside the building. **All volunteers will answer a health questionnaire along with temperature check before being assigned a task.
