Hope City Missions has partnered with Council Women Erica Gillum of Hempstead, Texas to assist those in need and in crisis in the City of Hempstead, Waller County and surrounding counties who were devastated during the winter storm. Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus and show our love and support by serving this community. The distribution will be conducted by drive thru and COVID requirements/masks required. We will need help setting up, packing food bags, help with directing traffic, registration cards, loading food and water into cars, and prayer.

We will be having a food distribution for the Bear Creek community. We need volunteers to help assist families by helping to pack, sort, stock, sign in, and load. We will begin prep at 8am (unloading and bagging food for distribution), and will begin distributing to the community at 10am. This is a fast and fun serving project and we would love for you to come serve with us!

Join us at the Houston Food Bank warehouse to impact our city. Most of the projects at the warehouse involve inspection, sorting, and repackaging of donated food items for community distribution. Volunteer support is critical to help lead the fight against hunger! We will work as a team in the warehouse. **Wear your red Hope is Here shirt.** *Volunteers MUST be at least 6 years old and supervised by parent or guardian throughout the shift. A registration email will be sent out a week prior to this event for volunteers to register directly with the Houston Food Bank.
