Punctuality:  Please make sure you arrive on time.  It is very important to The Beacon’s operation.  Be ready to start when the shift begins so there is no lapse in service provided to the clients.  Volunteers who arrive after their scheduled shift has started may have to wait for another assignment to open before they can start a volunteer task.  The Beacon’s volunteer policy prohibits anyone under the age of 13 from volunteering in the Day Center.  If there are children in your group, please make sure they meet this minimum age requirement.  ***What to Wear***.
